-Does the leather part transfer color to other items?

The leather used by Brady is a natural material, so color transfer may occur if it comes into strong friction with clothing. Furthermore, if the product is damp due to sweat or rain, color transfer may occur even with relatively light friction. Please be careful when wearing light-colored clothing, such as white. Also, please be careful not to expose the product to sunlight or fluorescent light for extended periods, as this may cause fading or discoloration.

・The leather part has turned white. What should I do?

The white spots are not dirt, but a " bloom " that appears on the surface of the leather due to the wax that has been absorbed into the leather. This occurs because the thick, durable leather is soaked in wax, which tightens the fibers and makes it stronger and more durable.

As this bloom becomes familiar, a glossy and beautiful luster will appear, and it will change into a luxurious appearance.

It is up to you whether you let it blend in naturally as you use it, brush it with a leather brush, or wipe it with a dry cloth before use to remove the bloom .

-The leather is hard and difficult to fasten to the fasteners (giboshi).

RETURNS

It is always best to send goods by recorded or special delivery and retain the proof of postage. Any items which are returned will be at your own expense. Any returned orders from outside the UK need to be marked: "Returned British Goods and No VAT or Duty Due" so that no taxes are levied.

Cancellation and Returns

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
If for any reason the Product you have ordered does not meet your expectations and you wish to return it, you can cancel your order by contacting us at any time up to 14 days after the day on which you receive your order. If you place an order for several Products and they are delivered separately, the 14-day period starts on the day on which you receive the last of the Products instalment in your order. If you cancel your order, the Products must be returned unused and in its original packaging with its swing tag on with proof of purchase from the Web Store, within 14 days of the cancellation of your order. The return delivery charge is borne by you as indicated on the web page upon your purchase. We will arrange for the original purchase price of the Products and delivery charge to be refunded using the same method you used to make the purchase within 14 days of us receiving the Products. For avoidance of doubts, any customs duty, sales tax you have paid on your original purchase cannot be refunded. We may reduce the amount of your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the Products, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop. Furthermore, you cannot cancel your order if it is for customised Products and we cannot accept any return of products not purchased from the Web Store. With respect to the return of products not purchased from the Web Store, please contact the shop from which you purchased those products.
