CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
If for any reason the product you have ordered does not meet your expectations and you wish to return it, you can cancel your order by contacting us up to 14 days after the day on which you receive your order. If you place an order for several products and they are delivered separately, the 14-day period starts on the day on which you receive the installment of the last products in your order. Cancellation and returns cannot be accepted after the 14 days unless the product is originally faulty. 
If you cancel your order, the product must be returned unused and in its original packaging with its swing tag on with the proof of purchase from the Web Store within 14 days of the cancellation of your order. The return delivery charge is borne by you as indicated on the web page upon your purchase. 
We will arrange the refund of the full product value after we check that everything is unworn and with its original packaging and its swing tag on. We may reduce the amount of your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the products, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop. For the avoidance of doubt, any customs duties, sales taxes or shipping fee paid in connection with your original purchase are non-refundable. With respect to the return of products not purchased from the Web Store, please contact the shop from which you purchased those products.
