【Product Care】

- Does the leather part transfer color to other items?

The leather used by Brady is a natural material, so color transfer may occur if it comes into strong friction with clothing. Furthermore, if the product is damp due to sweat or rain, color transfer may occur even with relatively light friction. Please be careful when wearing light-colored clothing, such as white. Also, please be careful not to expose the product to sunlight or fluorescent light for extended periods, as this may cause fading or discoloration.

- The leather part has turned white. What should I do?

- The leather may be stiff when new, and the fastening stud may feel difficult to fasten.

Brady bags have their roots in fishing and hunting bags, and are designed to be used as tools.

- Is a Brady charm included?

All products come with a leather charm. However, the color of the included leather charm will vary depending on the production date. Please note that you cannot choose the color.

- Is gift wrapping available?

Your order will be shipped in a special Brady drawstring bag.

When ordering, please indicate in the comments section that you would like gift wrapping.

*Shopping bags will not be provided for handing over.

When placing an order, you can request an invoice without the price listed.

Additionally, if the name of the person placing the order differs from the name of the recipient, BradyBags Official Online Store will consider it a gift order and include an invoice without the amount listed.

Once you have placed an order, we cannot make any changes to the ordered items, your registered name, address, etc.

- Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?

Once you have placed an order, we cannot make any changes to the ordered items, customer information, shipping address information, etc., even if the items have not yet been shipped. Please check the information you have entered before placing your order.

【Shipping】

Leadtime
We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 working days (Monday to Friday).

Transit Time
UK domestic delivery: 2–3 working days
European Union delivery: 2–5 working days
Australia, New Zealand delivery: 7–12 working days
Rest of world delivery: 7–12 working days
**If the item is out of stock, it will be made to order and shipped within 5–10 business days.

UK Orders
When browsing our website from the United Kingdom, all displayed prices include current UK VAT. When accessing the website from outside the UK, the displayed prices are shown exclusive of UK VAT. For orders placed from outside the UK but shipped to a UK address, the prices will be recalculated at checkout to include UK VAT.

International Orders
For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, UK VAT will be deducted at checkout where applicable. Customers will be responsible for import duties, local taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country, which are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
These charges are usually collected once the parcel reaches the destination country, and the recipient may be contacted by our delivery partner regarding payment. Any charges should be paid by the recipient. If customers do not agree with the duty charges, they may wish to contact the carrier directly. If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties and taxes, the customer will only be refunded the product value. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please note that Brady does not have control over these charges and has no prior knowledge of what the cost will be, as custom policies and import duties vary by country. It may be helpful for customers to contact their local customs office for current charges before placing an order, so there are no unexpected costs. Brady is unfortunately not able to pay these charges on the behalf of customers, nor is Brady able to refund any such charges relating to customs and duties.

Returns
If you have received your order but are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. Once we have received the returned item at our UK factory and confirmed that it is unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached, we will issue a full refund for the product value. The refund amount may be reduced depending on the condition of the returned product. Any items which are returned will be at your own expense. Any returned orders from outside the UK need to be marked: "Returned British Goods and No VAT or Duty Due" so that no taxes are levied. It is always best to send goods by recorded or special delivery and retain the proof of postage.

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
If for any reason the Product you have ordered does not meet your expectations and you wish to return it, you can cancel your order by contacting us at any time up to 14 days after the day on which you receive your order. If you place an order for several Products and they are delivered separately, the 14-day period starts on the day on which you receive the last of the Products instalment in your order. If you cancel your order, the Products must be returned unused and in its original packaging with its swing tag on with proof of purchase from the Web Store, within 14 days of the cancellation of your order. The return delivery charge is borne by you as indicated on the web page upon your purchase. We will arrange for the original purchase price of the Products and delivery charge to be refunded using the same method you used to make the purchase within 14 days of us receiving the Products. For avoidance of doubts, any customs duty, sales tax you have paid on your original purchase cannot be refunded. We may reduce the amount of your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the Products, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop. Furthermore, you cannot cancel your order if it is for customised Products and we cannot accept any return of products not purchased from the Web Store. With respect to the return of products not purchased from the Web Store, please contact the shop from which you purchased those products. Cancellation and returns cannot be accepted after the 14 days unless the Product is originally faulty.
