DELIVERY INFO
LEADTIME
We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 working days (Monday to Friday).
TRANSIT TIME
UK domestic delivery: 2–3 working days
European Union delivery: 2–5 working days
Australia, New Zealand delivery: 7–12 working days
Rest of world delivery: 7–12 working days
**If the item is out of stock, it will be made to order and shipped within 5–10 business days.
Depending on your location and the size & weight of your parcel, we use a few different couriers including:

UK Orders
When browsing our website from the United Kingdom, all displayed prices include current UK VAT.
When accessing the website from outside the UK, the displayed prices are shown exclusive of UK VAT.
For orders placed from outside the UK but shipped to a UK address, the prices will be recalculated at checkout to include UK VAT.
International Orders
For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, UK VAT will be deducted at checkout where applicable. Customers will be responsible for import duties, local taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country, which are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
These charges are usually collected once the parcel reaches the destination country, and the recipient may be contacted by our delivery partner regarding payment. Any charges must be paid by the recipient.
Please note that Brady does not have control over these charges and has no prior knowledge of what the cost will be, as custom policies and import duties vary by country. If customers do not agree with the duty charges, they may wish to contact the carrier directly.
It may be helpful for customers to contact their local customs office for current charges before placing an order, so there are no unexpected costs.
Brady is unfortunately not able to pay these charges on the behalf of customers, nor is Brady able to refund any such charges relating to customs and duties.
RETURNS
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it within 14 days and we will fully refund you. It must be unworn and in its original packaging with its swing tag on. It is always best to send goods by recorded or special delivery and retain the proof of postage. Any items which are returned will be at your own expense. Any returned orders from outside the UK need to be marked: "Returned British Goods and No VAT or Duty Due" so that no taxes are levied.
